Games from download queue not showing up on ps4

PS4 console: download games and add-ons. Go to Library and select the Purchased folder. Select the game you want to download. Select Download. To purchase or download add-ons, select the game from your Library and scroll down to PlayStation Store. Add-ons you have purchased are displayed in Your add-ons. Select the arrow icon beside the add-on. It's like somewhere the website and the PS4 aren't communicating properly and saying "Hey, I'm set to start this download remotely, let's go bitch." But when I go straight to the Queue from the main page, it doesn't say any of that. It just says the download will start when current download finish. Except I have nothing currently downloading. Check you have enough storage space for your game. To find the required free space for the game, go to PlayStation Store on your console, select the game and scroll down to the Details section. The minimum free space appears on the right of the screen. To see the available storage on your PS4 console, go to Settings Storage.

What you might not know with the PS4 though is how to find your download list to view and manage what your PS4 is currently downloading. The downloads list is hidden away under the notifications menu. To access it press the up button on the d-pad (or up on the left analogue stick) from the What's New area of the menu and select notifications. It appears to stem from the PS5's way of downloading PS4 and PS5 games. For whatever reason the console is downloading the PS4 version, and when players go to download the PS5 version, it gets stuck. PLEASE HELP. Got a 6Tb seagate usb3 external. Firstly I could back up my ps4 and not download games to it BUT NOW the ps 4 won't even pick up the external. I have tried restarting the ps with external plug in and nothing. I have tried reformating from pc and tried ito in the ps and still nothing. Can some one please tell me what next.

Did you hit download? Try going to your library (far right side on the PS4) and going to all games including ones not installed, then scroll down to call of duty. It should be there. Check you have enough storage space for your game. To find the required free space for the game, go to PlayStation Store on your console, select the game and scroll down to the Details section. The minimum free space appears on the right of the screen. To see the available storage on your PS4 console, go to Settings Storage. The downloads list is hidden away under the notifications menu. To access it press the up button on the d-pad (or up on the left analogue stick) from the What’s New area of the menu and select notifications. Scroll down to downloads and you’ll be able to see all your previous downloaded and installed content as well as current downloads and installs. From here you can manually install an update (if for some reason the PS4 did not automatically do it) and pause or cancel downloads.
